My friend will be bring a DVM over tonight, but just to recap the modes I shouldn't have it in is current mode because that would complete the circuit right? What modes should I have the DVM in for the 3.3v rail and if you guys have any do's and do nots share them with me please.

Theres no way I'm going to trust Speed Fan now that it showed the +3.3v rail as 3.7v, thats a bs reading.

NO NO NO!!! I hope your friend knows how to use his meter. Set the DVM for DC Voltage and insert the test probes into the meter as per follows:
Black lead - GND/COM (common)
Red Lead -  Volts/OHM

DO NOT plug the red lead into the 10A

The following pic denotes the location in red. This is for illustration purposes, your meter will be different.

Very good news guys, I did the DVM test not just two minutes ago and my +3.3v rail IS 3.35-3.36 on all three. My +5v rail IS 5.23v and +12v rail was the only reading the BIOS got right 12.19v-12.2v. Durring all the reading of voltages my BIOS didn't match what the DVM was reading, so I will never trust the BIOS again for any reading! I wish mobo makers would allow some type of interface that would allow us to simply plug in a DVM no different than plugging in a case fan.

I would like to thank everyone for your time and valuable knowledge in this matter, now do you take plastic or debit cards.

I would NEVER let someone else (my dear mother) touch my computer without loosing their hands, I didn't even let my friend who brought me the DVM sit in my leather computer chair. You should have seen the look on his face when I said, "Don't you dare sit in my chair. My friend is 300+ pounds.

I suspected that your PSU was good. I assume that you tested these voltages under load. The BIOS has always been a bad place to get voltage readings. I don't know where they pull them from. This could be an indication of the regulator on the mobo getting tired or just the same old wacky readings. Maybe a post on the Asus forum for other OCers voltage readings is in order.

I used the DVM durring Orthos and in BIOS and the readings were exactly the same. The regulators might have something to do with my BIOS's strange behavior as well, I have another post in mobo section about that.

Hopefully they have some answers. At least you ruled out the PSU

Theres only one other thing that it could be, the mobo. I hasn't caused any problems yet but I will keep an eye on it.
