It's pretty misleading when you say INTEL 680i. The 680 isnt even an Intel chipset, it's an Nvidia chipset. So when you say Intel it sounds like your trying use an Intel board on an AMD CPU. If you would have said 680a that would have cleared up quite a bit of confusion. However you kept insisted that everything was correct in the first place. We only know what you will tell us about your system.

my fsb is 1000, and hyperthreading transport is only on intel processors this is amd if you have one its got two processors but not hyperthreading transport

Bill, please come back and post more. We might make fun of you when you tell us that you disabled your parallel port, that your multiplier is on and that your AMD chip is running in an Intel 680 chipset, but its only because that kind of stuff is inherently funny. We will give you good advice if you take the time to not be such a tard.
