I've been using Windows Live OneCare. It's not free, but I've had a good experience with it because it doesn't fight with my other windows components. I use Windows Live Mail for my email, WL Sync (aka FolderShare) for file sharing, and it's really nice to not have the Windows Firewall constantly freaking out because all of my internet applications are from different companies. These programs (the ones above) aren't the best solutions out there, but they all play nice together, which saves me a headache.
