I'll probably buy it when it comes out, but honestly, the gameplay trailer did not look that amazing. The graphics are kinda meh, the gameplay doesn't look like it has much new and exciting to it, and they didn't improve the loot system it looks like so there will still be rampant bickering over people picking up all the good stuff before the long range team gets a crack at it.
As long as they have a solid anti-hack system to prevent pickit and whatnot, I'm fine with the looting staying the same. I think you're just a negative nancy

I'm gonna buy the legal version tho, Battle Net itself is worth the money!
Sorry, I've been spoiled by the parade of great games we have had lately. Also I played Silverfall not too long ago which let me play an elf dual wielding chainsaws. It's going to be hard to top that.
Honestly though, I'm just not excited. I'm not saying it will be bad, just that there is far too little information and/or far too little change for it to stand up to all of the other GOTY contenders that have come out last year and are coming this year. Had this come out 2 years ago I'd have been all over it like a rabid wombat, but now... meh.

So then don't play an awesome Blizzard game and go back to your terrible new releases. Seriously, Diablo II was a game I and my friends played a lot because it was fun. Most games we play now are because we're bored and waiting for a decent game to come out If you're not excited by a sequel to the best selling (and most fun imo) action RPG's of all time, then go back to playing your GORTY chainsaw elf nonsense games. I grew up playing Blizzard games and they've always been the ones to set the bar for every other developer, so I'm confident that this is going to be an amazing release. StarCraft II is already looking awesome with what they've shown, so I'm sure we'll be seeing a lot of awesome content going into Diablo III in the near future.
^ Mac OS X, Windows... Soz, guys... s'ppose wine'll do... just wait abit... many Linux people are fans of Diablo... would see that it would be 1st priority
Well the way I see it, If they can make it to work on Mac OS then it cannot be that hard to get it working on Linux, Without Wine ( I never Liked that ). If they can make it OpenGl version then It should work natively ??
Or am I wrong ??

If I follow the logic right, you are saying that IF I am not a rabid Blizzard fanboy who is incapable of seeing any failings with the meager information we so far have, then I shouldn't bother with what will obviously be a good game.
Also if you haven't tried Siverfall, it might help you with the long wait for D3's release. It should be fairly cheap now.
Once again I am not saying that D3 will suck, just that I don't see much reason to go into frothing fanboy fervor over what we have seen so far. Thats like the idiots that were ready to go to war back when the PS3 and 360 were first announced. There wasn't enough information to truly get excited over and all it really amounted to was blind fanboyism. Admittedly, Blizzard is far more deserving of such fanboyism than either Sony or Microsoft, but it isn't like they are flawless and it isn't like the game will come out tomorrow either. You are in for a long LONG wait and there will almost certainly be design decisions that you won't fully agree with.
