Sins of a Solar Empire - agree - great game - bought it

The Wii games - I could care less even if they are good - Nintendo to make something new for a change instead of recycling the same idea over and over - have played both

GTA4 - decent game - over hyped though - rented it, will not buy

Metal Gear - decent game - great story - rented it, then bought it

Age of Conan - played since alpha - client is worse now than in beta - over 50 feats and counting still broken - constant strings of untested nerfs and changes - bloated client - crafting systems is broken - account canceled!

Hardly a huge year for gaming in my eyes. The best game of the lot is Sins of a Solar Empire followed by Metal Gear and GTA4. Warhammer is shaping up to be a better MMO in my opinion. Wii games are hardly revolutionary. Nintendo just keeps cranking out re-hashes of old stuff.

We considered it a 2007 title since the console version was released in November. If I remember correctly it was one of are games of the year for 2007 though.
