Mitsubishi's LaserVue displays replaces the regular lamp with lasers, and will thus last longer than any display technology currently in existence. And for those who have seen with their own eyes will know that a properly calibrated LaserVue display has the best picture quality and the largest screen size, second to none, even the newest OLED displays which have just hit market. It's essentially the evolution of CRT. Like CRT, blacks are true black, and there's no motion lag common with LCD, and with DLP rear-projection, burn-in has largely been eliminated. The only downside is the relatively large cabinet footprint, since it's not "paper-thin" like OLEDs, but then again you can't expect a 75" display to not be hefty.
