Computex, Where Hardware Is King
Throughout Computex week (June 3-7), we’ll be bringing you news and the opinions of our editors on a range of new hardware product offerings. This year we’ll be giving awards in two categories: Design and Innovation.

Tuan Nguyen, Director of News Operations for Tom’s Hardware USA, and a team of worldwide editors will be bringing you the latest news about products and events in Taipei, Taiwan.
You are the judge in our Design Awards contest. Computex is the best platform for hardware manufacturers to showcase their latest products. We decided to not only provide product coverage, but have our faithful readers decide what they like best from a design point of view. The following products represent the most innovative product designs at Computex. Please rate between five stars (awesome) or one star (ugly). The Design Awards require you to enter your email address, which will only be used to register your participation. Thank you!
Patrick Schmid, Worldwide Editor-In-Chief for Tom’s Hardware, offers this on our Innovation Awards:
The new Tom’s Hardware Innovation Award can be granted for outstanding products we find during trade shows, conventions or other events, where it is typically difficult or impossible to differentiate between so-called "me too" products and true innovation. Hence the Computex 2008 Innovation Award will be granted to a selected number of products that look very promising. Here are the Award winners for this year’s Computex 2008 in Taipei, which is being held between June 3 and June 7. Congratulations to the winners!
