Dell announces multi-function color laser printer

Dell will begin shipping its first multi-faction color laser printer on Tuesday. The 3115cn aims for small to medium-sized workgroups of 1 to 10 people and offers color printing, standalone and network color scanning, walk-up copying and the feature of a standalone fax.
According to Dell, the printer prints up to 31 pages per minute (ppm) in black/white and up to 17 ppm in color. The maximum resolution of prints is 600 x 600 dpi. Pricing starts at $900 and includes a 950-sheet paper tray, Ethernet and USB 2.0 ports as well as a 50-page document feeder.
