Ex-employee sues Sharp for flat-screen patent
A former Sharp employee has sued the Japanese consumer electronics maker for $US4.6 million over key technology he claims to have developed for use in flat screen products, reports have said. A court official only confirmed today that the ¥ 500 million ($4.6 million) suit was filed Tuesday with the Osaka District Court.
