Galaxy S4 May Feature Quad-Core A15 Chip, 13MP Camera
Late February release rumored.
A report is suggesting that Samsung's unannounced Galaxy S4 will sport a quad-core A15 chip, alongside a 13-megapixel camera.
SlashGear's sources has said that the Samsung's Galaxy S4 will feature the company's Exynos 5450 chipset, accompanied by a Cortex A15 quad-core processor, in addition to a 13-megapixel camera.
Elsewhere, another report claimed that the Galaxy S4 is currently scheduled for a release in February. Previous speculation has pointed towards the smartphone being announced at the 2013 Mobile World Congress in late February, with a release following in March; it was, however, later debunked by the South Korean technology firm.
More recently, a Samsung executive apparently confirmed its plan to reveal a new device with a 4.99-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display at CES 2013 in January.
Samsung is said to have commenced production on the Galaxy S4's chip, with the device expected to boast the firm's faster storage chipset.
While the Galaxy S3 has been setting records with its commercial performance (which has led to the smartphone becoming the best-selling handset in the world during the last quarter), Samsung only launched the Galaxy S3 Mini recently, so the S4 may skip the events in question for a later reveal.

Not really. Women do like extremely oversized stuff.
They need to offer a S4 mini that isn't a piece of crap like the S3 mini, to target the 4 - 4.3 inch market. Lots of people, especially women do not like the extremely oversized phones.
The most impressive part of the S3 was not the hardware but all the changes they made to usability and features. If they continue this with the S4 and do not rest on their laurels this can get into 50-100% sales increase over the S3.
Not really. Women do like extremely oversized stuff.
To make this perfect, they will need to have the following:
Quad-core processor with Snapdragon S4 Pro speeds or higher
2gb or more of RAM.
5" 1080p RGB display with a THIN BEZEL.
Physical dimensions no larger than current S3.
Higher quality optics, no necessarily more megapixels.
F/2.0 apature.
Faster, more reliable auto-focus.
Dedicated camera button.
Metal/Glass construction.
It's sad that, for marketing purposes, they have to do such things...
