Hitachi said that it agreed with Fujitsu on further financial terms for the joint venture Fujitsu Hitachi Plasma Display (FHP). H
itachi will purchase 30.1 percent of outstanding shares of FHP, raising its stake to a total of 80.1 percent and making the joint venture effectively a subsidiary of Hitachi. (THG)
