Wait, why does it show TF2 as $19.99? The game is free-to-play unless you want to buy a hat and upgrade your account.
I swear, I've never heard of 90% of these games advertised on Steam. Probably not even worth the (cheap) buy. I guess I'll be sticking to the big (FPS) titles that are actually played (CoD, BF).
24 of those games are 80+ in the metacritic score. I think it's worth it. and 15 of those 24 games cost less than 7 dollars.
Got both Left 4 Dead's today, and my wife is getting me Dead Island Saturday.

That's a good wife. Finally I've got something to bug my wife about, since she nags me about flowers! All kidding aside, my wife is awesome. I can't think of anyone else I'd rather have beside me to shoot zombies on Halloween.
Borderlands GOTY for $7.49 is a steal.
I'm getting my hands on L4D and Amnesia
I just bought Borderlands GOTY, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Bundle, L4D GOTY, L4D2, Killing Floor Bundle, F.E.A.R. Collection, Dead Space Pack, Bioshock 1&2, and RE5 all for only $80.33. What a steal... I also recently bought Forza Motorsport 4 for full retail price, which route makes more sense?
Oh btw, thanks Toms for posting this. I usually miss out on Steam's sales
I was interested in purchasing either COD:WaW or BO for its zombie mode, but sadly can't find it here.
RE5 for 9.99$ !
I already bought all those games on steam.
Damn, its a horrible time to be broke. I got excited, then I became very sad...
I heard Bioshock 2 was short and kinda lame, but I bet its awesome for $5!!
thanks for the heads up on the steam sale... i didn't see that yet. damn, i wish i had $$$. i may reinstall left for dead games because i haven't played a whole lot of it yet and it looks like there might be some new players joining. good post. - douglas rochford

I got to play Bioshock 2 for about an hour or two and it was very interesting, exciting, and beautiful. Intriguing.... - Doug Rochford
whatever, the xmas sale always blows every other deal of the year out of the bloody water. I spent like 300 dollars on games one year and it shows if i put my account into steamcalculator (like 2500 worth of games, mostly from that one xmas purchase)
The christmas devo packs are boss.
Amnesia for €3 is just dirty cheap. I got Penumbra for myself, Vampire for my brother and L4D2 for my friend. Also considering buying Borderlands.
dead space 2 for 9.99 works for me! Have something new to play on Halloween now.
Killing floor is really fun and is a more tactical than l4d.
i love l4d2... i have put far too many hours into it. And sadly I am building up a huge backlog of steam games to play thanks to all of these sales
I swear, I've never seen of 90% of these games advertised on the shelves in Gamestop. Probably not even worth the (cheap) buy. I guess I'll be sticking to the big (FPS) titles that all the console tards play (CoD, BF).
Fixed that for ya!
heh, steam halloween games sale... zombies zombies zombies zombies, oh & more zombies. a few decent non zombies games in there, but abit of a broader choice would have been nice
Dead Space pack for £11, bargain, I am gonna play tonight with sound up high and lights down low - spooooooky!
I'm one of those cheapskates who now routinely waits for Steam sales to buy games, if the game isn't on my 'must have on release day' list (like Skyrim), I figure it's not huge deal to wait for a year or two to get it for a huge discount.
Picked up Dead Space 2, Bioshock 2, and Limbo this time around.
Steam ROCKS!!
I'm going with Dead Island and Bioshock 2. Woot!!
For $60 I just bought BF3 which will last me like the next 3 years all by itself
I swear, I've never heard of 90% of these games advertised on Steam. Probably not even worth the (cheap) buy. I guess I'll be sticking to the big (FPS) titles that are actually played (CoD, BF).
exactly...
If you want a scary game, go for Amnesia...Zombie driver seems like a very nice game. I think I'll get these 2 games.
Also, l4D2 for 6.79, although cheap, it is possible to get it for lower (I bought it in a fast sale in Steam for 4.99).
