Sony throws another Flash memory card type into the market. This is the M2, 1/4th the size compared to the Memory Stick Duo and 1.2 mm thin with a theoretical maximum capacity of 32 GByte, according to Sony. Maximum bandwidth is said to be 160 Gbit per second.
