Albatron today announced the "Atop" card, a PCI Express board that connects to AGP graphics cards. Users who are upgrading to a PCI Express-based system can use the bridge card to extend the life of their old graphic cards. According to Albatron, the Atop supports only Nvidia cards based on the FX5200, MX4000, FX5700LE, 6200AGP, FX5700, FX5900XT and 6800 chips. There was no information on the availability and pricing of the Atop. (THG)
