AMD Xilleon CPUs Get DivX Support
AMD has licensed DivX for "specific" Xilleon processors. The agreement will allow AMD to include DivX video technology with "specific" Xilleon processors to be integrated into next-generation digital TVs.
AMD and DivX said that the two companies will work together to achieve DivX certification for certain Xilleon processors over the coming months.
