As an owner of a 4G, battery life is one thing I found lacking in the Eee PC - especially when using eeectl to run at 900 MHz and full LCD brightness (enough to make it visible outdoors).
However, an internet search made me aware of the 50W Tekkeon MP3450 battery. Although this means I will have greater weight and more devices to carry around, it also means I have extra power for many of my devices (it is compatable with my old gateway tablet and toshiba laptop along with my cell phone).
Now if Asus would only replace one of the USB ports with an eSATA port, I'd upgrade my 4G in a heart beat...
