Contract prices for DDR and DDR2 went in different directions in the first half of September, with mainstream DDR continuing trending upward while DDR2 trended down. Mainstream DDR chip prices were up within a 2.11 percent range, while most DDR2 chip prices decreased 3.3 percent.
