DDR2 prices continues to increase
Next newsThe price premium DDR 400 enjoyed over DDR2 533 has shrunk to 1.4%, as DDR contract prices remained flat in the second half of January, while 512Mbit DDR2 533 prices increased to US$4.09, according to figures posted by DRAMeXchange.
Prices of mainstream DDR remained flat sequentially, while DDR2 prices increased 3.54% (after growing 3.13% in the first half of January).
