Dell closer to using AMD chips
Next newsDell president and chief executive officer Kevin Rollins indicated that the company is considering including Advanced Micro Devices processors in its server roster in the foreseeable future.
The PC and server maker remains the only one not using AMD chips among its competitors.
"My guess is we're going to want to add that [AMD] product line in the future," Rollins said.
