iiyama has introduced a new 23" Full-HD IPS display with a response time of 5 ms.
iiyama has revealed its new ProLite X2382HS IPS monitor. This monitor, which at first sight may not appear too impressive, actually features an IPS panel and LED backlighting.
The unit features a 23" diagonal and a full-HD 1920 x 1080 resolution. The gray-to-gray response time is also just 5 ms. Viewing angles, due to IPS, are unsurprisingly 178 and 178 degrees, and the display features a static contrast ratio of 1000:1.
iiyama has fitted the ProLite X2382HS with an HDMI port, a DVI port and an old-school VGA port. Also aboard, users will find 2 W stereo speakers.
The display is expected to cost about $245, and it will come with a three year warranty.
