LCD monitor panel prices approaching production cost levels
Next newsPrices for 17" LCD monitor panels have fallen to near production cost levels for second-tier panel makers, and even lower than production costs for China-based panel makers, whose costs for the segment are US$140-145, according to market sources.
The ASP (average selling price) for 17" panels fell US$4 to US$133 in the second half of this month, according to WitsView Technology.
