LG.Philips LCD To Launch 18.9" Widescreen Monitor Panel In Q3
While Taiwan-based panel makers are aggressively developing new widescreen LCD monitor panels, LG.Philips LCD, which will soon to change its name to LG Display, is also planning to roll out 18.9" 16:9 LCD monitor panels at the end of the third quarter, according to market sources. LG.Philips LCD will cut the 18.9" panels at its 6G plant.
