Lian-Li Outs PC-V358 Micro-ATX Enclosure
Lian-Li's PC-V358 is soon coming to stores in the U.S.

Lian-Li has announced a new chassis: the PC-V358. This is a Micro-ATX enclosure intended to hold higher-end hardware, and it looks like it accomplishes that well.
The case can house graphics cards up to 330 mm long, ATX-size power supplies up to 200 mm long, CPU coolers up to 130 mm tall, and up to six 3.5" drives as well as two 2.5" drives. To top it off, it also supports a slim optical drive.
The case measures 324 x 286 x 390 mm, and weighs 5.5 kg.
With regards to cooling, the case does alright with that as well. It can house two front 120 mm fans, one rear exhaust fan, as well as two side-mounted 120 mm fans that can hold a 240 mm water cooling radiator.
Front I/O connectivity is achieved by a pair of USB 3.0 ports teamed up with a set of HD audio jacks.
Pricing is set at $179, and the case will be available in black and silver. U.S. availability is scheduled for the end of December.
Why no mini-DTX motherboards and cases or mini-ITX boards which at least can hold 32 GB of RAM?
Also why is always the enthusiast chipset and processors one generation behind?
Check the HAF XB for a proper "stacker" case design.
I think the layout and space usage is very questionnable.
