Nvidia today announced an AGP version of its 6200 graphics processor. The new product aims a entry level PCs and comes with features of its PCIe sibling. The processor supports DirectX 9.0 Shader Model 3.0, Nvidia's proprietary UltraShadow II, and the recently announced PureVideo technology to improve performance of HD video playback. According to Nvidia, 6200 graphic processors are shipping now. Boards from various manufactures are expected to be available in retail by February. (THG)
