Panasonic leads US plasma TV retail shelf share in June

Current Analysis, a US-based market research firm, reported that Panasonic was the leader of the US PDP (plasma display panel) TV market in June, in terms of retail shelf share. Sony remained the leader in the US rear-projection TV (RPTV) market while Sharp and Samsung maintained the top two spots for retail shelf space in the US LCD TV market.
