That Acer tablet is looking pretty tempting. Perhaps not the greatest but that price is decent.
Nice deal on the Planar 27 inch monitor. It would make a good entry level monitor. If it came with an IPS panel it would have beeen the bargain basement deal of the century.
Well, nice price on the 27" Planar, but I highly doubt it's a good deal, unless you really don't care about picture quality on you screen.
I'm not trying to put Planar down, but I do think anyone interested in that monitor should check out Tomshardware's review of cheap screens:
http://www.tomshardware.com/review [...] ,2954.html
These are 22" models, but what they have to say may apply here.
Heh what I said applies to all cheap screens, the Planar just caught my eye because large pixels bug me, and 1080p 27" monitors have truck-sized pixel pitches. Okay for TVs in your living room, bad for computer monitors close to your face, in my opinion.
