PowerColor introduces X1950 PRO Silence Edition

PowerColor has announced the PowerColor X1950 SCS3, claiming it as the best performing noiseless graphics card in the world.
Even though the PowerColor X1950 SCS3 utilizes a passive cooling system, it is able to maintain the original specifications of the X1950 GPU with a core engine running at 575 MHz, 1380 MHz effective memory speed, 256 MB GDDR3 and 36 pixel processors, according to the company, which noted that the card also comes equipped with VIVO, HDCP and is Windows Vista ready.
