Got Deals?

We all know Black Friday is the deal for good deals. But obviously, some will be better than others and even then, some will be just utter garbage.
What have you been saving for? What's the upgrade you've been waiting on? Are you looking to buy that next big LED LCD TV? Or is your rig crying out for a new CPU or more RAM or a better graphics card? Most of all have you found a place that gives you the best deals year after year?
As for me, I am looking at upgrading my motherboard, CPU, and RAM. Right now, my desktop is running on a Core 2 Extreme 9770, which is and has been super.
The question of the day is: What will you buy for Black Friday? Let us know! And let us know where! If you want, you can tip me off directly with ideas on my Twitter page. Or ask me for recommendations.
And if you don't have any ideas, check out our new 2009 Holiday Gift Guide here!

System Builder Marathon, Dec. 2009: System Value Compared
Our mid-priced and high-end systems are ready to challenge the notion of value supremacy for low-cost parts. Will Intel’s latest architecture provide enough performance to break the $700 machine’s value winning monopoly? How do ATI's new GPUs factor in? Read More

System Builder Marathon, Dec. 2009: $700 Gaming PC
Higher prices and out-of-stock parts caused us to rethink how we could pack more gaming power in our budget build. With cheaper DDR2-800 memory, we bet on the overclocking-friendly Intel Pentium E5x00 with two Radeon HD 4870s in CrossFire. Read More

System Builder Marathon, Dec. 2009: $1,300 Enthusiast PC
Last quarter, we presented you with four Radeon HD 4850s under $1,250. This time around, we put together a very respectable Core i5 system with a couple of Radeon HD 5850s in CrossFire. Let's see how it compares against the previous "QuadFire" system. Read More

A tremendous bag of weed, some vodka and toilet paper.
Just like any other friday.

Haha. Clever one, you are!
I'd like to buy the Christmas model!
ha ha ha just because you buy her doesn't mean she'll look at you! @ cbrown
hoping for the active display port to DVI adapters go onsale so I can finish my Eyefinity rig (just need the adapter+third monitor)
I ordered a 18.5 Acer Monitor for 80 bucks and a Clarion Head Unit for 50.
Nothing. With luck, I am staying home.
Not buying a darn thing on Black Friday. Don't get my disability deposit until the first week of each month.
Nada. Opting out of the Houston buying frenzy and spending the day at the low-tech Texas Renaissance Festival.

She don't have to look at me, however it wouldn't hurt ;-)
I will buy maybe some beer... some good bread to make Turkey swiss sammies... and pull out a couple movies to watch as I relax all day - because I'm sure as hell not going to go shopping.
Nada its Gameday! Going to watch my Crimson Tide beat up on instate rival Auburn on my Samsung 46" LED HDTV with surround... everyone on toms is invited, lol.
I will receive an all super long Black HD 5970 videocard on Black Friday xD
I'm going to buy good health, IE pay medical bills.
I ordered a couple of Verizon Droids through Dell for $120 each. Yeah it's a two year contract, but I don't mind for that price.
A Garmin GPS and a copy of Left4Dead 2.
The 640gb 32 WD blacks look mighty good might get 2 or more and run in raid
A plane ticket to Florida for the rest of the winter? That'd be nice
If I can find the X25-M G2 on sale that will be it. Or the CM Scout, HAF 932,HAF 922 or Sniper.
There are a couple of interesting items. But I think that Cyber monday can get us a couple of good deals too.
I ain't buying shit!

Go Bama! (Just quoting the movie--I'm a Bruin) :-P
Nothing. "black friday deals" are at best a sham.
I bought a WD Caviar Black 640gb HD for $50 / free shipping from newegg. And the THQ complete pack from Steam for $50.
Those are the only two black friday deals I hope to be participating in. I must now bolster my willpower lest I unleash a spending spree.
Must... resist... deals...
Nothing. I haven't seen any ads that give me a hardon for consumerism.
newegg is congested =_= I didn't notice any really good deals on stuff I want so I am assuming it would be more to get what you want while its in stock.
Nothing, because it's just a regular Friday for me
Probably nothing actually.
What will I buy? I already hit Newegg for a great new budget CPU/Mobo combo deal with a rebate. Got an Athlon II X3 435 and ECS Black Edition A785GM-M for only $140 after shipping and rebate! Too bad I bought the Caviar Black 500 GB for $50 at ZipZoomFly a couple weeks ago; Newegg has the 640 GB Black for the same price w/o a rebate!
Probably nothing...
a 32 inch HDtv about time i got one of those
A plane ticket to Florida for the rest of the winter? That'd be nice
Don't count on it! It's getting colder and damper by the day.
