Samsung Electronics announced the introduction of its 2 MByte flash memory-embedded smart card IC (S3FJ91L).
This new 2 MByte smart card IC provides higher memory density for SMS, telephone directory, games and Internet services as well as its typical subscriber identification function for 3G handsets, according to the company.
