SanDisk intros 512 MByte micro SD card

Samsung claims it is first to offer a 512 MByte microSD card. company expects to have a 1 GByte version by the end of the year and a 2 GByte card in 2006 available. SanDisk offers the new 512 MByte microSD card for $70; a 256 MByte model is priced at $45. (THG)
