Spansion announced it is sampling 65 nm-made MirrorBit ORNAND solutions for multimedia wireless handsets and that production is slated for early third fiscal quarter of 2007. The NOR flash maker is also scheduling the production on MirrorBit flash production on 45 nm in 2008, it has revealed
