On April 6, the Opto-Electronics & Systems Laboratories (OES) of the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) debuted Taiwan's first self-developed blue-laser DVD pick-up head (PUH) at an OES press event in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
