Marcus Yam served as Tom's Hardware News Director during 2008-2014. He entered tech media in the late 90s and fondly remembers the days when an overclocked Celeron 300A and Voodoo2 SLI comprised a gaming rig with the ultimate street cred.

THG would be far better off if their benchmark suite was as easy to use as, say, Anandtechs. C'mon, Toms - time to modernize! Otherwise, don't bother as nobody is gonna use it. Esp. when they're choked to death with roll-over/pop-up ads so that just navigating down the list is pretty hard to do without some dumbarse ad obscuring everything.

still no love for mushkin ssd's, kinda strange considering they have the speeds that crush most of the stuff on the charts.

Big thanks guys! I refer to the charts rather frequently, and they're very useful, when I do.
