Taiwan-based memory module maker Transcend Information recently introduced a high-density 1 GByte miniSD card, and emphasized that the high performance of the card is ideal for handheld applications.
Transcend's 1 GByte 80X Ultra Performance miniSD card supports a data transfer speeds of up to 12 MByte/sec.
