TSMC announces 90 nanometre push

TSMC said it has started volume production for its Nexsys 90 nanometre process, and said that it will push production up through the whole of 2005.
It said it began volume production on 90nm during the third quarter of this year, but now claims to be the only foundry to combine that with 12" wafer production, copper interconnect and low-k dielectrics.
