Cooler Master Announces VS Series PSUs

By - Source: Guru3D | B 15 comments

Cooler Master's new range of VS Series PSUs were designed to offer improved efficiency and increased heat dissipation.

Cooler Master has launched its new range of VS Series Power Supply Units that offer an 80 Plus Gold certification and a "unique 3D circuit design," minimizing unnecessary cabling to increase airflow to core components and limits crosstalk and signal noise.

The VS Series also incorporates a "single, powerful rail platform for superior load balancing," high-grade Japanese capacitors, and a custom DC-DC module for increased efficiency and stability. The PSU features a semi-modular cable system where only the most basic system cables are directly attached with flat ribbon cables that should allow easier cable management.

The VS Series will be offered in 450 W, 550 W, 650 W and 750 W models.

The 700w , 850w , 1000w V series are by Seasonic. The VS series which includes V450S, V550S, V650S and V750S models are actually by Enhance Electronics.

I wouldn't BUY these new units until I see some track record and reviews.

Isn't that what I said earlier(beside Seasonic lineup the VS models)? Also, you are wrong, the Seasonic models that have been on the market are not VS models, they are just plane V models.
