Wafer probing demand is likely to rise 30% sequentially this month, with the overall utilization rate exceeding 70% this quarter, up from 60% last quarter, as international IDMs continue to release wafer probing orders to Taiwan-based foundry service providers, according to Taiwan testing companies.
