This guy is filling his ubercharge up on the Heavy so they can go around the corner invulnerable.

The Medic / Heavy combo is the most common so far.
As an Engineer find a good place to drop your turret and build a dispenser nearby so you can keep it repaired and keep Spies from taking it out.
