You can't have a Babylon 5 PC game without the actual Babylon 5 ship. In addition, several of the TV show's actors were on board with Sierra to provide voice acting for the title.
Into the Fire was designed to give players a choice between a story-driven mode and a straight-up action mode for both single player and multiplayer gameplay.
