Corsair's Neutron GTX SSDs Feature 19 nm NAND and LAMD Controllers

sair's Neutron GTX series of high-performance solid state drives have received a revision that swaps Toshiba's 24 nm Toggle NAND for 19 nm chips and utilizes a Multi-level Cell (MLC) architecture.
The Neutron GTX V2 will be available in capacities of 120 GB, 240 GB and 480 GB. It features read/write speeds of 550 MB/s and 470 MB/s, respectively, a 256 MB cache, and controllers from Link A Media Devices, a company that primarily focuses on enterprise-grade PCIe SSDs.
The Corsair Neutron GTX V2 SSD currently costs £167 (120 GB), £205 (240 GB) and £426 (480 GB).
