The APSK0181-L is the quieter variant of the APSK0181-L. A quiet fan turning at just under 3,000rpm operates on it.
The otherwise identical cooler is only half as loud (42dB(A)) and, thus, acoustically unobtrusive.
In performance terms, with a thermal resistance of 0.55°C/W, it is behind the APSK0168-B. Nevertheless, we would put this cooler together with an Athlon XP 2700+ CPU.
