We now look to see if the productivity benchmarks, including AVG antivirus and the file compression tests, show some differences:



AVG Anti-Virus is a dead heat, but the WinRAR and WinZip benchmarks finally demonstrate enough memory bandwidth reliance to show a very slight difference between the AM3/DDR3 and AM2+/DDR2 boards. However, the tiny difference remains insignificant and is not something that a user would notice.
