Antec 3 TriCool: Three-Gear Shifting System
Antec's system fan comes both with and without LEDs. The common denominator though is a 3-gear system for shifting the fan into low, medium or high speed. The LED brightness is unaffected no matter what gear it's in though. Antec's fan is priced just under $15.

A switch lets you select from three speeds

The Antec 120mm fan also comes in blue, of course
