The back side of this Lexa case features something that looks like a muzzle, or a small cage. Actually, it's designed to prevent accidental detachment of the cables that link up to the motherboard port block, the PSU or installed expansion cards, such as the power or VGA cables. In addition, this protective feature also contributes to case strength and stability. This whole assembly is fastened to the case with four sheet metal/machine screws and must be removed to permit hardware installation and cables to be attached.

Input ports for USB, Firewire and audio are located on the side of the case.
