Here is the kicker: Oblivion, which is one of the most demanding games. We deliberately chose to beat up our Quad cards with almost everything maxed out just to prove the point that Quad SLI is the choice for Oblivion players. This is where the gamer wants a extremely large monitor, eye candy, and good frame rates. Obviously, at 2560x1600, even the Quad gets beat up by Oblivion but if the settings are turned down a bit the game is very playable. The vast expanses and foliage in the outdoor scenes kill frame rates. Notice how the indoor scene allows Quad to keep frame rates at about 60 fps. This is outstanding performance; nothing else we have seen will come close to this.
