Here's an overview of the most popular graphics cards of the low-price segment:
Nvidia GeForce 6200

The standard GeForce 6200 (NV43 without TurboCache) is based on the GeForce 6600 graphics processor and comes with four pixel pipelines and three vertex shader units. With memory running at 550 MHz, the 128 Bit memory bus offers a peak bandwidth of 8.8 GB/s. The processor itself runs at 300 MHz.The Nvidia reference model pictured here is equipped with 128 MB of video memory. However, There are also models with a 64 Bit memory bus on the market.
Nvidia GeForce PCX 5750

The GeForce PCX 5750 (NV36) belongs to the first generation of Nvidia's PCI Express cards. The graphics processor is actually an AGP processor that uses a bridge processor to interface with the PCI Express bus. Although this last-generation model is being phased out, it should still be available in volume quantities.
ATI Radeon X300 (LE)

Technologically, Ati's Radeon X300 (RV370), also known regionally as the X300 LE, is based on the well-known Radeon 9600 graphics processor. It comprises four pixel pipelines, two vertex shader units and a 128 Bit memory interface with 128 MB of video memory. The card shown here is a passively cooled Ati reference card that runs at 325/400 MHz (core/mem). The memory bandwidth is 6.4 GB/s.
