While monitors of 17 and even 19 inches are now commonplace for the average user, the larger formats are mostly still reserved for the graphics business. It's true that 21" and 22" monitors are usually beyond the reach of the ordinary wallet, though actually you can find low-range 21" models for a reasonable price. But this raises the question: is it worth making the switch to 21" and 22"? -
Comparison of 15" LCD Monitors - Part II

In January, we tested fourteen 15" LCD monitors. Here are another six, bringing the total up to 20. Included in this batch are models from Apple, Continental Edison, Compaq, HP, NEC and Sony. Some of the improvements that we noticed were the greater contrast and even faster response times. Also, we introduce a new IPS panel test, in addition to the previous TN+Film and MVA tests. The prices are even more attractive this time around! -
