Our high-end system is especially restricted by CPU clock speed in Oblivion, where the low-cost system's performance deficits appear to be split across both its CPU and graphics card. One might even say that the high-end system has more graphics power than its CPU can fully use, even with its respectable 3.9 GHz overclocked speed.
