NVIDIA presented the driver version 42.82 in time for the market launch. Since we tested on an i850 platform, this info tab shows only AGP4X. If an E7205/ Granite Bay motherboard were being used, AGP8X would appear instead.

The performance settings are deactivated on the FX 2000. Anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering remain the same as on the GeForceFX.

The custom OpenGL application settings have already been integrated for the most important programs such as Solidworks, 3D Studio Max and Maya. For test purposes, we always set Vertical Sync to OFF to achieve maximum frame rates.

By the way, Direct3D settings play a relatively unimportant role in the workstation market.
