Lame plods along at two minutes 47 seconds to convert a CD-sized soundtrack to MP3. Not bad for a mid-priced system!

The mid-priced system takes a bit longer to convert the wave file to Ogg Vorbis format, but three minutes isn't that bad.
Video

The mid-priced system encodes MPEG4 to DivX at slightly slower than real time using ultra high quality settings.

Things speed up a bit when converting MPEG4 to XviD.
